Week Six Of The Country Garden Crochet Along

It’s week 6 of the Country Garden crochet along and this week we’re going to start on the panel along the top of our lawn and make the base that we will make the Wiggle Stitch over.

This pattern is written in US terms, but the UK translation are:

Slst = Slip Stitch
Ch = Chain
dc (double crochet) = treble crochet

The Pattern

Row 1. Join into the 2nd corner stitch with Colour A. Make a standing dc. *ch1, skip the next stitch, dc in the next stitch* repeat between *and* – 24 dc

Rows 2-5. Turn, chain 1 and make a dc turning chain in the 1st stitch. *Ch1, skip the next stitch (the chain 1), dc in the next st (a dc)* repeat between *and* – 24 dc

That’s it for this week. You can now cut off and weave in your ends.
