It’s week 29 of the Country Garden crochet along. This week we’re finishing our BiColour stitch panel. We will be continuing on in the same way as last week, but using a different set of colours.
If you would like the ad free printable version, it is available either as part of my Lifetime Pattern Pass, or you can purchase it on its own for just £5 from Ravelry
This pattern is written in US terms, but the UK translation are:
- ch (Chain)
- sc (single crochet) = Double crochet
If you would like to follow my colour scheme in either Paintbox Cotton Aran or Caron Simply Soft, you can find my colours here

Row 10. Carrying on from last week with Colour A.
Turn, ch1. Make a sc in the 1st stitch and in each stitch across
Row 11. Turn, chain 1, in the 1st stitch, insert your hook and pull through Colour A
Now pick up Colour P, and pull it through the 2 loops and try to keep this part loose as you will be working into these loops later. This then makes a whole sc.
*in the next stitch insert your hook and pull through Colour A and yarn over. Now pick up Colour P, and pull through both loops*
Repeat between *and* across the row. Your last stitch of the row will be made on the sc made in the corner of the Arrow stitch panel. Cut off Colour P, but keep Colour A attached
Row 12. Turn, ch1. Make a sc in the 1st stitch and in each stitch across
Row 13. Repeat row 1, except switch Colour P for Colour I
Row 14. Turn, ch1. Make a sc in the 1st stitch and in each stitch across
Row 15. Repeat row 1, except switch Colour P for Colour J
Row 16. Turn, ch1. Make a sc in the 1st stitch and in each stitch across
Row 17. Repeat row 1, except switch Colour C for Colour M
Row 18 and 19. Turn, ch1. Make a sc in the 1st stitch and in each stitch across
That’s it for this week. You can now cut off and weave in your ends
